I need to drink a certain amount of water on a daily basis. In winter, in Wisconsin, I am finding it hard to meet my water intake requirements. Any suggestions? Thank you.ReplyDelete
Since I grew up in the Midwest myself I understand that the craving for water is much lower in the winter months and that often leads to creating a deficiency with water intake. I would suggest keeping water at your side and sip throughout the day and on those blustery cold days, heat some water in a kettle and poor it into a thermos to keep the body warm and hydrated.ReplyDelete
